Aphanasis is an auditory imprint of an unique moment in time, a moment that I really wanted to capture. It marks that time when this world descended into a post-apocalyptic and isolation period, it marks that period when we lived in a prophetic like Sci-fi scenario.

This is an album I wrote during the very first lock down period of Covid-19 pandemic. Files from studio live sessions dated April-May 2020 and then assembled as a single track for a continuous listening experience. The recorded material aired originally on a live platform on the Internet.

This album is very important for me as it is a testament of that brief period of genuine dark ambient imagery, that seized the Earth for real. A testament of that few moments when the Earth was able to take a breath, when we shortly disappeared from the landscape. And when that transition from a normal to a new normal occurred.

File is under dark ambient, drone, doom and I find it to be meditative and good to listen in the bliss of solitude.
